Return & Refund Policy

At SuperChef, we strive to provide the best quality products and customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below:

1. Return Eligibility

  • Unopened Products: Products must be returned in their original, unopened, and unused condition.
  • Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened Products: Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.
  • Perishable Goods: Products that have been tampered with or are not in their original packaging cannot be returned.

3. Return Process

  • Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at consumerhelpdesk@ superchef.pk with your order number and reason for return.
  • Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number along with instructions on how to return your item.
  • Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

4. Refunds

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • Approval: If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 10 working days.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at consumerhelpdesk@ superchef.pk.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at consumerhelpdesk@ superchef.pk with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
