1. Shipping Locations

  • Domestic Shipping: We ship to addresses within Pakistan.
  • International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Processing Time

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  • Delays: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery Estimates:
    • Standard Shipping: 3-6 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on your location and external factors beyond our control.

4. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

  • Shipment Confirmation: You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
  • Tracking: You can track your order using the tracking number provided in the shipment confirmation email.

5. Shipping Methods

  • We partner with reputable shipping carriers to ensure your orders are delivered safely and promptly.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • PO Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
  • Restricted Locations: We are unable to ship to certain restricted locations. If you have questions about shipping to your location, please contact our customer service team.

7. Damages

  • Damaged Items: SuperChef is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
  • Claims: Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

8. International Shipping Policy

  • Currently Not Available: We do not offer international shipping at this time.
